Ingredients : 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 kg low-fat beef cut into long strips
1 onion or 150 g chopped into long strips
250 g mushroom divided into 2 halves
1 teaspoon sweet pepper powder
1 1/2 tablespoon tomato paste
1 1/2 glass water or 375 g
2 chicken stock Magi cubes with low salt
3/4 glass or 190 ml concentrated low-fat milk
3/4 tablespoon cornstarch
3 tablespoons fresh minced parsley
Directions : • Heat a tablespoon of vegetable oil in a big nonstick pan and fry the steaks over high heat until well-done then remove from the pan.
• Heat the remaining oil in the pan and cook the onions and mushrooms over medium heat until done. Season the mixture with sweet pepper.
• Add the cooked meat to the tomato paste, water, and chicken stock cubes. Boil the mixture and leave over low heat for 10 minutes.
• Mix the condensed milk with the cornstarch then add to the meat and stir until the sauce is thick enough.
• Add the parsley and serve.
